Position Summary

As a Telesales Agent at Platinum Credit, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable financial products. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and contribute to the company’s growth by effectively promoting our products over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential clients using provided leads.
Identify Client Needs: Understand the financial needs of clients and offer appropriate solutions.
Promote Products: Present and sell company products to potential clients.
Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions with clients.
Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background: Diploma or Degree certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in telesales or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Result-Oriented: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
