Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Advisor Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their real estate journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conducting property tours and delivering persuasive real estate solutions to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective sales campaigns and attract prospective buyers.
  • Managing the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure seamless lead management and follow-up.
  • Providing clients with detailed information about the buying process, legal requirements, and financing options.
  • Attending industry events, exhibitions, and open houses to expand your professional network and increase brand visibility.
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals to meet company targets while ensuring a positive client experience.

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for the role of Sales Advisor Real Estate, you must meet the following criteria:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in luxury real estate.
  • Diploma or degree in business management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored to high-end clientele.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to address client needs effectively.
