Multiple Base Locations: We are hiring Sales Agents for multiple locations including Meru Town, Nkubu, Chuka, Embu, Nyeri, Nairobi, Machakos, Bomet, Kisii, Kericho, Eldoret, Kakamega, and Kisumu. You can work in a location that is convenient for you.

Comprehensive Support: Amplus International provides you with the necessary support to succeed. We ensure timely delivery and payment for your generated orders, and offer solutions to quickly resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Generate Orders: Proactively generate orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery and payment.

Customer Satisfaction: Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Stay Informed: Keep abreast of competition and best practices for professional growth and to assist clients effectively.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of product inventory and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions accurately.

Business Relationships: Establish, develop, and consolidate existing business relationships with current and prospective customers.

Additional Duties: Perform any other duty assigned by the Supervisor.


Qualifications and Skills

Age Requirement: Must be a Kenyan aged above 25 years.

Passion for Sales: A strong passion for sales is essential.

Experience: Proven experience in selling cement and other construction materials.

Motorbike Proficiency: Must be qualified to ride a motorbike and possess or own a motorbike.

Sales Targets: Ability to achieve agreed sales targets with minimal supervision.

Sales Skills: Possess attributes that enable upselling and cross-selling of products.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Technology: Ownership of an Android phone is required.

Commission Basis: Ability to work on a commission basis.
