Key Responsibilities

- Resource Management: Oversee the timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid project delays.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor labor, materials, sub-contractor expenses, and equipment costs to ensure alignment with project budgets.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, ensuring transparency with all stakeholders.
- Schedule Adherence: Ensure the project meets established timelines, hitting key daily and weekly targets.
- Safety Standards: Enforce stringent health and safety protocols, conducting regular toolbox safety meetings to foster a culture of safety.

Qualifications

- Accreditations: NCA accreditation and/or registration with a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- Location Flexibility: Must be willing to work anywhere in Kenya.
