ROYAL THAI GOVERNMENT SCHOLARSHIPS 2023
The Ministry is in receipt of information that The Government of Thailand has
various Scholarships to Kenyans for Master’s degree only under the Thailand
International Postgraduate Programme (TIPP), tenable for the year 2023. TIPP
is a scholarship program under the Thailand international development
cooperation.
The Thailand international development cooperation targets six (6) areas namely:

• Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP)
• Climate Change and environmental issues
• Agriculture and Food Security
• Public Health
• Bio-Circular-Green Economy Model BCG) and
• Topics related to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  Please note that only two candidates can be nominated for a course.

  APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. A Standard application form is obtainable from the Ministry of Education offices
   at Telposta Towers, 27th floor Room 2702. The application form can also be
   downloaded from the Ministry’s
   website: http://www.education.go.ke/home/index.php/downloads/category/12-
   scholarship-forms .
   Completed application forms with three (3) of certified photocopies of
   application forms, ID, academic/professional certificates, transcripts, Birth
   Certificate, other testimonials should be sent to:
   Director, Higher Education
   Ministry of Education

   NAIROBI
   Or delivered to: Telposta Towers, 27th floor, Room 2702
2. All application forms must be filled in typewritten form. Each question must be
   answered clearly and completely.
3. Only shortlisted applicants shall be informed by email or phone call from phone
   number 0771842051 and shall be invited for interview.
   The duly filled application forms for ALL the advertised programmes should
   reach the Ministry not later than 15th June, 2023 by 5pm.
