Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales and building brand awareness. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and working closely with our marketing team to promote our brand and properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their investment goals are achieved.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the sales process and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients.

3. Marketing and Brand Promotion

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the TSAVO brand.

4. Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
