Summary of Position:

As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales efforts and ensuring the achievement of set targets. Your primary focus will be on implementing the Hotel’s brand’s service strategy and applicable initiatives throughout the sales process, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the hotel’s sales objectives and make a significant impact.

Areas of Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conducting thorough market research to identify new opportunities and trends to drive revenue growth.

Sales Missionary: Taking charge of sales duties and representing the hotel’s services with enthusiasm and passion.

Hotel Promotion Campaigns: Planning and executing effective promotional campaigns to boost the hotel’s visibility and attract potential customers.

Marketing and Customer Survey: Creating and conducting customer surveys to gather valuable insights for refining marketing strategies.

Sales and Marketing Strategies: Developing result-oriented sales and marketing strategies to achieve and exceed the hotel’s objectives.

Hotel Branding: Ensuring consistent and impactful branding to establish a strong presence in the market.


Smooth Operations: Ensuring the smooth and organized running of the sales department in alignment with management standards.

Leading by Example: Being a role model by following the Company’s Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles.

Compliance: Adhering to the Company’s Code of Conduct at all times.

Sales Ambassador: Representing the hotel as a sales ambassador, driving bookings and revenue from various channels.

Building Relationships: Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to position and market the hotel effectively.

Managing Marketing Budget: Effectively managing the marketing budget to drive revenue through targeted campaigns.

Customer-Oriented Strategies: Implementing strategies that cater to the needs and expectations of the hotel’s target customer profile.

Market Intelligence: Staying informed about market and economic trends to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Competitor Analysis: Analyzing competitor’s sales strategies to identify opportunities for growth.

Sales Strategy Meetings: Contributing valuable insights during sales and marketing strategy meetings.

Seeking New Markets: Identifying and exploring new markets to maximize hotel revenue.


  • At least a diploma from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing or a related professional area.
