Job Summary:

The Product Support – Leasing role is a critical position within the leasing business unit. The primary responsibilities include administration of lease contracts, service and maintenance of leased vehicles, lease billings, channel development, and client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all operational activities, ensuring the smooth running of the leasing business, and supporting its growth through effective administration and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the leasing business unit, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and servicing of leased vehicles, ensuring they meet all operational standards.
  • Manage the booking of machinery for regular repairs and maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

2. Client and Channel Development:

  • Support the growth of the leasing business by identifying and developing new channels and opportunities for expansion.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of any issues that arise.

3. Billing and Reporting:

  • Coordinate invoicing for lease rentals and out-of-contract repairs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare monthly reports on repairs, maintenance, and lease contracts, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Generate detailed leasing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

4. Recovery and Service Coordination:

  • Coordinate recovery services for vehicles with outsourced service providers, ensuring that turnaround times are met and standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration, Management, or Finance.

2. Professional Experience:

  • At least three years of experience in a similar role within the leasing industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing leasing operations, including contract administration and client relations.

3. Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to drive business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including proficiency in analyzing sales numbers, P&L statements, and generating reports.

4. Additional Skills:

  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Attention to detail in managing contracts, invoices, and reports.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Salary and Compensation Transparency:
