Key Responsibilities

• Efficient Delivery: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages within Nairobi CBD.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients.
• Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain and regularly inspect the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Documentation: Handle all necessary delivery paperwork and provide timely updates on delivery status.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid Rider’s License: Must possess a valid rider’s license for operating a motorcycle.
• Necessary Permits: Hold all required permits for delivery operations.
• Good Conduct Certificate: At least 3 years of experience with a good conduct certificate.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Kiswahili.
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Nairobi CBD and its surrounding areas.
