Key Responsibilities

As the Catering Lead Supervisor, your duties will include:

Event Planning and Coordination

• Collaborate with customers to gather event requirements, such as guest numbers and event dates.
• Design food and beverage menus tailored to client preferences, including dietary needs and special requests (e.g., children’s meals and healthy options).
• Schedule and manage event timelines and staff shifts.

Operations and Management

• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service quality to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels, place orders as needed, and report on expenses to maintain budgetary efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations across all operations.

Client Engagement and Marketing

• Arrange and conduct food tastings to secure potential customers.
