Position Details
1. Barman/Cashier
Job Summary: As a Barman/Cashier, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve beverages according to standard recipes
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience as a bartender or cashier is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques
2. Waitress
Job Summary: As a Waitress, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders and relay them to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Cook
Job Summary: As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes according to our menu, ensuring food safety, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes
- Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous cooking experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
- Creativity and a passion for cooking
