Lilwa Delivery is seeking professional delivery riders to join our dynamic team in Nairobi, Kenya. Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Rider at Lilwa Delivery, you will be responsible for:

• Safely and efficiently delivering packages to various locations within Nairobi.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service by ensuring deliveries are on time and in perfect condition.
• Navigating routes efficiently using mobile applications or GPS devices.
• Performing routine checks on the delivery motorbike to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch teams and customers to resolve any issues or delays during deliveries.
• Adhering to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• Valid NTSA Registration/Driving License for motorbikes.
• A registered NHIF/SHIF insurance cover.
• A smartphone with internet access to receive orders and navigate delivery routes.
• Strong knowledge of Nairobi’s road networks and the ability to navigate efficiently.
• Excellent time management skills and a commitment to punctuality.
• A customer-first mindset, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Basic knowledge of motorbike maintenance and safety protocols.
