Job Summary

We seek to hire experienced, self-driven, and results-oriented candidates to fill in the role of Property Sales & Marketing Executive. The desired persons will be reporting to the Regional Sales and Marketing Managers. The available vacancies are as follows:

  • Optiven Head Office: 10
  • Optiven Global Office, Karen: 10
  • Optiven Nanyuki Region: 5
  • Optiven Pwani Region: 5
  • Optiven Malindi Region: 5

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop Effective and Consistent Lead Generation Strategies

  • Generate a Pipeline of Sales Prospects: Proactively seek and identify potential customers.
  • Close Sales Deals with Potential Customers: Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to finalize sales.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships with Converted Clients: Provide after-sales support and ensure clients receive their titled deeds.
  • Support the Brand Optiven: Promote and uphold the brand’s reputation through all interactions.

Carry Out Related Tasks as Required

  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements for the Property Sales & Marketing Executive Job

Educational Qualifications

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Marketing: From a reputable institution.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Internet and Microsoft Office Suite: Including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience

  • 2-3 Years’ Experience as a Marketer/Sales Executive: Experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage.

Industry Knowledge

  • Strong Understanding of Current Real Estate Trends: Keep abreast of market developments and trends.

Social Media Presence

  • At Least 2000 Followers on Social Media Pages: Demonstrates the ability to engage with a wide audience.

Availability

  • Must Be Ready to Commence Work Immediately

Technical and Soft Skills

  • Tech-Savvy: Must be proficient with technology.
  • Excellent Communication, Influencing, and Negotiating Skills: Essential for closing sales and building relationships.
  • Good Organization and Administrative Skills: Necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to Perform with Minimal Supervision: Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Flexible Approach to Meet Targets and Business Needs: Adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in all tasks.
