Key Responsibilities

As a Receptionist Intern, you will:

  • Greet and Welcome Visitors: Create a positive first impression by greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome.
  • Manage Phone Calls: Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.
  • Customer Service: Handle inquiries and provide information about our services to clients and visitors.
  • Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Maintain Reception Area: Ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
  • Assist in Event Coordination: Help in organizing company events and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent: A solid educational background in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 Months of Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Aggressive and Self-Driven: Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Good Time Management Skills: Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent service to clients and visitors.
  • Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn: A proactive approach to work and eagerness to learn new skills.
