Position: Sales Executive

Location: Kikuyu Branch

Job Summary

As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate successfully will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and various marketing channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our properties and services.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions and provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.
  • Education: Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
