Job Summary:

As a Counselor at Youth Changers Kenya, you will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to young individuals facing various challenges. From academic struggles to personal issues, you will offer empathetic counseling sessions aimed at promoting mental well-being and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with youth clients to address their specific needs and concerns.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, and goal setting.
