Job Responsibilities

As the Workshop Production Assistant, your primary duties will include:

• Managing workshop operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient fabrication process.
• Planning and optimizing workflow to meet project deadlines and ensure quality control.
• Overseeing resource management, including raw materials and workforce allocation.
• Ensuring all fabrication meets high-quality standards and aligns with client specifications.

Key Qualifications

• Diploma in Structural Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry-related supervisory experience, specifically in metal and wood fabrication.
• Experience in the Events and Branding industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to translate creative briefs into actionable plans.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Professional demeanor and the capacity to maintain effective working relationships with both team members and clients.
