Position Overview:

As Workshop & Maintenance Manager, you will be at the helm of workshop operations, driving quality repairs and maintaining a “right first-time” approach. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing processes, fostering teamwork, and ensuring a culture of accountability on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a busy automotive workshop, overseeing day-to-day tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
• Ensure high-quality repairs by implementing best practices and maintaining strict adherence to standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical issues, managing warranties, and overseeing general repairs.
