Job Summary
We are currently recruiting for various roles across multiple departments. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that is focused on delivering exceptional healthcare services to our community. Each role is essential to the smooth operation of our hospital, and we are looking for individuals who are committed to professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
For each position, the main duties include but are not limited to:
1. Medical Officers
- Diagnose and treat patients with various medical conditions.
- Prescribe appropriate medication and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
2. Nursing Officers
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
3. Critical Care Nurses
- Deliver specialized care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and operate life-support systems.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes.
4. Laboratory Technologists
- Conduct laboratory tests to aid in diagnosis.
- Prepare and analyze samples with precision.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
- Report findings to the medical team accurately and timely.
5. Pharmaceutical Technologists
- Dispense medications as per prescriptions.
- Provide counseling to patients on drug usage.
- Manage the inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal medication management.
6. Nutritionists
- Develop and implement nutrition plans for patients.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and monitor progress.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient recovery.
7. Physiotherapists
- Design and execute rehabilitation programs for patients.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Provide education on injury prevention.
- Support patients in improving mobility and strength.
8. Chief Finance Officer
- Oversee the hospital’s financial operations and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the finance team and support decision-making processes.
9. Credit Control Officers
- Monitor and manage hospital accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Negotiate payment plans with patients and third parties.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and outstanding balances.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their financial obligations.
10. Accountants
- Prepare and analyze financial statements.
- Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
11. Front Office Executives
- Manage reception and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records.
- Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Support administrative tasks as required.
12. Customer Care Representatives
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure patient satisfaction through effective communication.
- Coordinate with medical staff to resolve issues.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data privacy.
13. Public Relations Officer
- Promote the hospital’s image and services.
- Develop and implement communication strategies.
- Organize events and liaise with media outlets.
- Manage the hospital’s social media presence.
14. Cooks, Waiters, and Stewards
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Provide courteous service to patients and staff.
- Manage food inventory and supplies.
15. Housekeepers
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hospital.
- Ensure all patient areas are tidy and hygienic.
- Assist in managing laundry services.
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
16. Nursing Officer In-Charge
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate patient care activities within the nursing department.
- Mentor and support nursing staff in their professional development.
- Monitor and improve patient care quality.
17. Theatre Technicians
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure all equipment is sterilized.
- Assist surgeons during procedures.
- Monitor patients’ vitals during surgery.
- Maintain inventory of surgical supplies.
18. Health Care Assistants
- Support nursing staff in providing patient care.
- Assist with daily living activities for patients.
- Monitor patient conditions and report to nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Qualifications and Skills
For each position, the following qualifications are required:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the respective field.
- Relevant academic qualifications in the specific role.
- Licensed cadres MUST possess a valid practicing license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
