Welcome to Relax Lounge, an esteemed establishment known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional customer service. We are excited to announce multiple openings for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. We are holding interviews on Thursday, 25th July from 9:00 AM. We are looking for candidates with at least (0-2 years) of experience in the restaurant industry. Carry a hard copy of your CV, a copy of your ID, and a passport photo for the interview.

About Relax Lounge

Relax Lounge, located on Muthiga Waiyaki Way, is a premier destination for food and entertainment. Our establishment is known for its cozy ambiance, delectable menu, and exceptional customer service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both our customers and staff.

Job Roles and Responsibilities

1.Waiters and Waitresses

As a Waiter or Waitress at Relax Lounge, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your duties will include:

• Greeting customers and presenting menus
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages
• Checking on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems
• Processing customer payments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area

2. Cowgirls

Our Cowgirls are the heart of the entertainment at Relax Lounge. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers and ensuring they have a fun experience
• Performing dance routines and participating in themed events
• Assisting with promotional activities and special events
• Ensuring the entertainment area is clean and well-maintained

3. Hostesses

As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Managing reservations and waitlists
• Answering phone calls and providing information about the lounge
• Assisting with the organization of special events and parties

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

• Minimum of (0-2 years) of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Experience in a similar role is highly desirable

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• For Cowgirls: ability to perform dance routines and engage with the audience
