Role Overview

As a Hostess, you will be the face of Alaska Lounge, ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This role is crucial in setting the tone for a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greeting and Seating Guests

• Warmly welcome guests as they enter the lounge.
• Efficiently manage guest seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Address any special requests or needs from guests with a positive attitude.

2. Managing Reservations

• Handle reservations and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient seating.

3. Maintaining Lounge Environment

• Ensure that the lounge area is clean and organized.
• Assist in setting up and rearranging seating as needed.

4. Providing Exceptional Customer Service

• Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
• Resolve any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
