Main Duties

At the heart of our culinary team, you will:

1. Daily Culinary Excellence

• Proactively engage in daily food production within your dedicated section.
• Champion the preparation and cooking of meals within the highest cleanliness standards.
• Create daily mis-en-place to ensure a seamless culinary journey.

2. Seamless Service Assistance

• Contribute to the efficient dispensing of food, ensuring satisfaction at every meal.
• Uphold and surpass our stringent cleanliness standards, maintaining a pristine kitchen environment.

3. Equipment Mastery

• Ensure all kitchen equipment is in optimal working condition, guaranteeing uninterrupted culinary flow.
• Collaborate with executive staff to assess food supply needs and maintain appropriate stock levels.

4. Quality Enhancement

• Participate in the continuous improvement and development of Quality Management Programs (HACCP/FSMS and QMS), contributing to our commitment to excellence.

5. Versatile Support

• Embrace versatility by performing additional duties as directed by the Section Head, contributing to the overall success of our culinary operations.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Your qualifications and skills are key ingredients for this role:

• Diploma in Food Production from a recognized College.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bustling Hotel or Hospital kitchen.
• Stellar communication skills that foster seamless teamwork.
• Adept execution skills, ensuring precision in every culinary creation.
• A results-oriented mindset, driving excellence in all culinary endeavors.
