Job Responsibilities:

Deliver World-Class Service:

• Provide a warm and welcoming dining experience that guests will cherish.
• Engage guests through authentic storytelling and attentive service.
• Masterfully execute various meal service styles including buffet, plated, and silver service.

Craft Exquisite Beverages:

• Prepare standard cocktails/mocktails with finesse.
• Showcase creativity by inventing new signature drinks.
• Offer expert wine recommendations to complement guests’ meals.

Execute Memorable Events:

• Set up and clear spectacular bush events such as sundowners and bush lunches.
• Ensure seamless execution of river dinners and other special events.
• Maintain vigilance over company assets and report any issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Hospitality or F&B Service certification/diploma from a recognized educational institution preferred.
• Proficiency in world-class cuisine and beverage service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
