Job Overview

As a Waiter/Waitress at The Zubeida, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels valued and attended to. Key Responsibilities

• Taking Orders: Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver orders to guests promptly, ensuring that the presentation meets our high standards.
• Guest Interaction: Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, addressing guest inquiries and requests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Table Maintenance: Ensure that tables are clean, tidy, and set up correctly before guests arrive and after they leave.
• Collaboration with Team: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient service and smooth operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and politely interact with guests and team members.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure the accurate taking and delivery of orders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the business.
