Overview

By leveraging analytics, data, and market intelligence, we identify, lead, and execute opportunities that foster business growth for Visa and our clients. As a Winter Intern in Business Development, you will provide crucial support to our team, contributing to the maintenance of client relationships and the overall success of our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Excellence

Provide admin and Operations support to the local team.

2. Strategic Implementation

Contribute to the development, production, and implementation of initiatives outlined in Country plans.

3. Market Intelligence

Conduct competition analysis and monitoring.

4. Client Interaction

Assist the local team with client queries and issues.

5. Reporting and Documentation

Support BPO with periodic reports (Weekly/Monthly or quarterly).

6. Playbook and Country Plans

Assist BDs with Playbook and country plans update.

7. Cross-functional Coordination

Coordinate with other Visa departments to successfully track the country plans.

8. Special Projects

Complete ad hoc projects, research, presentation work, and other relevant initiatives as requested by management.

Qualifications

  • Students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with a graduation date in summer 2025 or 2026.

  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are desired.
  • Superior analytical and financial analysis skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills with a diverse peer group required.
