Job Overview
Visa is looking for an ambitious and seasoned professional to join as the CyberSource East Africa Senior Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion plans for Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) in strategically targeted countries within the East Africa region. As a Senior Manager in Sales, you will play a key role in appraising market opportunities, developing strategies, and ensuring the growth of our client base and portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development Leadership
- Directly manage business development for Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) in East Africa.
- Focus on sales of online payment solutions, fraud management, and ancillary products to enterprise-level clients, PAYFACs, Acquirers, Merchants, and global organizations.
Relationship Management
- Cultivate sustainable, long-term relationships with key customers.
- Collaborate closely with Visa Inc. stakeholders in the Sub Sahara Africa Region, fostering partnerships with Country Managers, Business Development Managers, MSS Leaders, and Country Risk Managers.
Revenue Growth and Opportunity Management
- Maintain and build a pipeline of business opportunities from initial qualification to revenue delivery.
- Interface with country leads on product expansion, demonstrating financial insight and collaboration with key stakeholders.
Market Interface
- Act as the face of Visa Acceptance Solutions (Cybersource) in the market, presenting as a credible negotiator and comfortably navigating enterprise procurement processes.
- Demonstrate expertise in ecommerce, omni-commerce, and digital payments.
Reporting and Negotiation
- Regularly report to management with timely updates on both pipeline and forecasts for all product lines and services.
