We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Vehicle Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute targeted strategies to increase vehicle sales, expand market penetration, and achieve company objectives.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline: Track progress against targets, manage the sales funnel, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market surveys to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, providing insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional teams to share market insights and enhance sales performance across key Kenyan regions.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve a monthly revenue target of KES 5 million and close deals within a 21-day sales cycle.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in vehicle sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Automotive Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive market and customer preferences.
  • Integrity & Independence: High level of integrity and ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and deals.
  • Credit Risk Expertise: Knowledge in credit risk assessment and recovery processes is a plus.
  • Valid Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across key regions in Kenya as required.
