Position 1: Senior Information Communication Technology Officer (1 Post)

Salary Expectation: Job Group “L,” Kshs 44,400 – Kshs 61,110 per month
Reporting to: County ICT Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct systems analysis, design, and program specifications in collaboration with users.
- Develop, implement, and maintain ICT systems while adhering to established standards.
- Supervise installation, certification, repairs, and maintenance of ICT equipment and peripherals.
- Provide advisory services on ICT-related issues and compile overall systems documentation.
- Recommend and enforce ICT hardware and software standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies for ICT initiatives and log issues for resolution.
- Train junior officers in ICT operations and processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business IT, Information Sciences, or any ICT-related field with a focus on Information Technology.
- Have at least six years of experience in the ICT field.
- Demonstrate a record of community and youth engagement activities.
Position 2: Information Communication Technology Officer III (1 Post)

Salary Expectation: Job Group “H,” Kshs 26,900 – Kshs 35,380 per month
Reporting to: County ICT Director

Key Responsibilities:
- Write and test simple computer programs as per instructions and specifications.
- Assist in the implementation of computer systems.
- Provide user training and support.
- Perform repairs and maintenance of ICT equipment.
- Monitor ICT equipment performance and report faults.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Be a Kenyan citizen.
- Hold a KCSE mean grade C plain, with at least C- in Mathematics and English/Kiswahili.
- Possess a Diploma in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Have two years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency in digital tools, and basic graphic design abilities.
