Welcome to the Commission on Administrative Justice (Office of the Ombudsman), a Constitutional Commission dedicated to upholding integrity and accountability in the public sector of Kenya. Established under Article 59(4) of Chapter fifteen of the Constitution and the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, 2011, our mandate extends to addressing all forms of maladministration and enforcing the implementation of the Access to Information Act, 2016. 1. Senior Compliance Officer
