1. Waitress (Location: Nairobi, Kenya)

We are looking for a Waitress to provide excellent customer service, ensure that guests have a memorable dining experience, and maintain the highest level of hospitality standards. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Serve orders promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Process payments and issue receipts efficiently.
• Uphold the high standards of Urban Point Hotel customer service.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a Waitress role or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
