Job Summary:

As an Underwriting & Customer Retention Officer at Noble Strides, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of our underwriting operations. Your primary responsibilities will include making underwriting decisions aligned with risk assessments and business objectives, as well as implementing strategies to enhance customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough underwriting assessments to evaluate risk factors and determine appropriate pricing.
  • Analyze financial data, market trends, and other relevant information to inform underwriting decisions.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline underwriting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer retention and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to address inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and best practices in underwriting and customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • Certification in Underwriting or equivalent (COP proficient).
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in an underwriting role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
