Position 1: Shop Attendant – 3 Years Experience in Sales

Job Summary

As a Shop Attendant at U2BY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience. This position requires a customer-centric attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for retail. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers, manage inventory, and maintain an organized and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with product inquiries, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Sales Management: Actively promote and upsell products, ensuring customers are aware of special deals and new arrivals.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, assist with restocking shelves, and manage inventory documentation.
