About the Role

As a Tupande Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making across all business teams and departments. Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst in the Back Office Systems Department, you will oversee the creation of datasets, design dashboard and reporting solutions, and provide statistical analysis support.

Responsibilities

• Inspire Creativity: Utilize data to identify business opportunities and enhance Tupande’s margin.
• Data Partnership: Serve as a data partner for projects, offering insights, training, and documentation.
• Self-Service BI: Expand self-service BI to empower users across departments to access data directly.
• Accurate Transformations: Perform accurate transformations to create project-specific datasets.
• BI Dashboards: Design Business Intelligence dashboards to provide insights on performance at different stages of the program.
• Automation: Automate dataset and report creation using our data platform Dataiku.
• Stakeholder Management: Gather technical user requirements and translate them into accurate statistical data models and reports.
