Are you an experienced Tractor Driver with a passion for excellence? Transmara Sugar Company Ltd. (TSCL) is on the hunt for dedicated individuals to fill 50 vacancies for Tractor Drivers in our esteemed Transport & Logistics Department. Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely Transport Milling Cane: You will be responsible for transporting milling cane from the field to our factory. Your keen attention to safety and efficiency is crucial in this role.

2. Machine Inspection: Prior to and after each use, perform thorough inspections of the tractor and promptly report any defects or breakdowns to your supervisor.

3. Maintenance & Reporting: Ensure the tractor is maintained in optimal working condition. Report defects to the field supervisor or workshop in charge promptly.

4. Preventative Checks: Regularly check oil consumption, fuel levels, tire pressure, brakes, and any other areas that might pose a risk of damage or accidents.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Valid Driver’s License: Hold a valid Driving License, Class “D” or “G”.

2. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience:

– Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
