This internship program is designed for individuals looking to gain unique and practical experiences within a dynamic, global organization. Over a period of 12 months, you will be assigned functional projects, providing you with the chance to enhance your skills and build a successful career.

Key Responsibilities

As a Trade Marketing and Distribution Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the regional Trade Marketing and Distribution (TM&D) team to drive results and meet set goals in an assigned region.
• Engaging in functional projects aimed at enhancing business performance and gaining exposure to various aspects of trade marketing and distribution.
• Receiving coaching from your line manager through a structured plan and defined set of deliverables, facilitating growth in both business and leadership capabilities.
• Taking a proactive approach to tasks and projects, showcasing excellent time-management skills.
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to tackle diverse challenges in the field.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for the Trade Marketing and Distribution Intern position, you should possess the following:

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant degree program obtained within the last year.
• A maximum of 2 years of total work experience.
• A valid driver’s license and 2 years of driving experience.
• A creative thinker who is open-minded and committed to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit, capable of tackling diverse challenges in the field.
