Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Tours and Travel Intern or Consultant, your main duties will include:

• Planning and Organizing Tours: Design and organize travel itineraries tailored to clients’ preferences.
• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and provide expert advice on destinations and packages.
• Booking and Coordination: Manage bookings and coordinate with travel partners to ensure seamless travel experiences.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning process and during clients’ trips.
• Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends and destinations to offer clients the latest and most exciting travel options.
• Sales and Promotion: Promote Bonfire Adventures’ tours and packages to potential clients through various channels.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

• Educational Background: A degree or diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus but not required. We welcome fresh graduates and individuals with a passion for travel.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computer applications and online booking systems.
