Job Openings


1. Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Implement strategic plans to enhance profitability and customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order new items as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.

2. Accountants


Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
  • Handle budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Conduct audits and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist in tax preparation and filing.
  • Provide financial advice and support to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA or ACCA certification.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

3. Cashiers


Responsibilities:

  • Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.
  • Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
  • Balance cash registers at the end of the shift.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
  • Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.

4. Procurement Officers


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Stock Controllers


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records and ensure inventory levels are consistent with company policies.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations.
  • Monitor stock movements and report any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of stock.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
