Position Titles and Responsibilities

1. Waiters and Waitresses

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet and seat customers, present menus, and take orders.
2. Order Delivery: Serve food and beverages to customers promptly.
3. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables and floors.
4. Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
5. Sales: Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
6. Feedback: Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
5. A friendly and positive attitude.

2. Bar Men and Bar Ladies

Responsibilities:

1. Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes.
2. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations.
3. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels and report shortages.
4. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including counters and equipment.
5. Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions.
6. Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

1. Previous bartending experience is required.
2. Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes and mixology skills.
3. Strong customer service skills and a personable demeanor.
4. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
5. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

3. Supervisors

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high performance.

3. Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
4. Training: Train new employees and provide ongoing development for staff.

4. Stewards

Responsibilities:

1. Sanitation: Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas.
2. Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
3. Support: Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and other tasks as needed.
4. Waste Management: Dispose of trash and manage recycling efforts.
5. Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
2. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
3. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
