Key Responsibilities

Generate Leads and Drive Sales

You will initiate outbound calls to potential clients, showcasing our top-notch HR consulting services. This involves:

  • Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining how our HR solutions can meet their needs.
  • Scheduling business meetings with potential clients to further discuss how our services can add value.

Promote the Brand

As a Telesales Representative-Intern, you are responsible for actively promoting Bridge Talent Management. Key tasks include:

  • Increasing client enrollment through effective engagement and communication.
  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to build long-term client relationships.

Identify Sales Opportunities

A significant part of your role will involve identifying potential sales opportunities by understanding the client’s HR needs. You will:

  • Conduct needs analysis through thorough questioning to identify the specific challenges faced by prospects.
  • Present tailored HR solutions, explaining the benefits and how our services can address their HR challenges effectively.

Exceed Sales Targets

Required Qualifications and Skills

Telesales or Customer Service Experience

Candidates must have proven experience in a telesales or customer service role. The following qualifications are required:

  • Proven experience in telesales or customer service, with at least 6 months in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasion and Negotiation Skills

As a Telesales Representative-Intern, you must demonstrate:

Location and Working Hours

This is a full-time role based in Nairobi, Kenya. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility required based on client needs.
