About the Role

The Technical Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience, expand their technical knowledge, and refine their career aspirations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal and external staff.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues effectively.
  • Perform WHOIS checks and cleanup.
  • Document systems and procedures for improved clarity and efficiency.
  • Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

Education and Experience:

  • Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
  • Knowledge in Cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Understanding of network protocols and system administration tasks.
