Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to internal and external staff.

- Perform WHOIS checks and cleanup.
- Document systems and procedures for improved clarity and efficiency.
- Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience:
- Recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related IT field.
- Knowledge in Cybersecurity is a plus.
- Understanding of network protocols and system administration tasks.
