Job Summary

As a Technical Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in providing essential administrative support to enhance the service aspect of our tracking team. Your mission? Ensuring the seamless resolution of technical issues raised by our esteemed clients. Collaborating with various departments at the back office, you’ll orchestrate and streamline assignments, all while maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

1. Expertly Manage Scheduling

  • Organize daily schedules for our skilled technicians, ensuring efficient service delivery.
  • Skillfully arrange quarterly services for clients holding annual maintenance contracts, showcasing your knack for precision and planning.

2. Nurture Leads and Client Relationships

  • Proactively follow up on leads and referrals stemming from field activity and inquiries.
  • Identify and engage potential sales prospects, making connections that count.

3. Exceptional Customer Service

  • Record, manage, and resolve all customer complaints within an impressive twenty-four-hour window.
  • Maintain diligent follow-ups on service contracts, cementing our commitment to client satisfaction.

4. Collaborate for Success

  • Work closely with our dynamic Tender Team to seal the deal on sales within assigned accounts.
  • Utilize the company’s pricing system and policies with finesse during sales processing.

5. Operational Excellence

  • Manage operational and client requirements, seamlessly bridging departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Elevate client experiences by providing in-depth systems training and surveys, driving actionable improvements.

6. Streamlined Reporting

  • Compile assigned incidents in the Daily Service Schedules, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage quotation approvals and corresponding picking slips, showcasing your meticulous attention to detail.

7. Proactive Communication

  • Prepare and share client and internal reports on a regular basis, demonstrating your commitment to transparency.
  • Uphold the department’s Standard Operating Procedures in your day-to-day activities.

8. Client-Centric Approach

  • Conduct regular client visits and promptly respond to queries through various channels, embodying our customer-centric ethos.
  • Facilitate smooth job completion and commissioning by collaborating closely with the technical department.
