DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Efficient File Management

  • Receiving Files with Precision: Ensuring files are received promptly from the registry in-charge.
  • Allocation of Duties: Strategically assigning tasks and responsibilities to the team.

2. Quality Control

  • Document Scrutiny: Conducting meticulous quality checks on scanned documents.
  • Approval Process: Approving documents for uploading to CTS (Content Tracking System).

3. File Integrity

  • Preserving File Integrity: Guaranteeing that files are returned to their original state.
  • Attendance Records: Creating and maintaining an accurate attendance list.

4. Reporting and Leadership

  • Report Generation: Preparing comprehensive reports for submission to station leadership.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibit exceptional leadership qualities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

To be an ideal candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

1. Educational Background

  • Minimum KCSE Certificate: A minimum grade of C- in KCSE (Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education).
  • Diploma Certificate: Possession of a diploma in a related field.
  • Computer Proficiency: Hold a certificate in computer studies.

2. Leadership

  • Leadership Proof: Provide evidence of a leadership role in a digital work setting.
  • Proximity to the Court: Residing near the court station is desirable for ease of commuting.
  • Ajira Advantage: Previous experience as a scanning operator or involvement with Ajira will be highly regarded. (Ajira training certificate is a plus.)

DURATION OF THE ASSIGNMENT

The duration of your assignment will vary depending on the station’s caseload. Flexibility is key.

As a Team Leader/Quality Assurance, you will report directly to your Team Leader.
