Leadership Roles Available


1. Head of Junior School

As the Head of Junior School, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by overseeing the administration and curriculum delivery for the junior section. Your responsibilities will include managing teaching staff, ensuring adherence to the CBC curriculum, and implementing innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining discipline and fostering a nurturing environment where young learners can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strong leadership to junior school staff and students, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the CBC curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
  • Staff Development: Facilitate ongoing professional development for teaching staff, ensuring they remain up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
  • Student Welfare: Promote a positive and inclusive school culture that prioritizes student welfare and academic success.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or Administration is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential. Familiarity with the CBC curriculum is highly desirable.


2. Dean of Studies

The Dean of Studies will be responsible for overseeing all curriculum matters, ensuring that our academic programs are aligned with both the CBC and international standards. This role requires a meticulous individual who can manage curriculum planning, assessment, and evaluation, while also providing support to teachers in the delivery of high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Management: Oversee the development and implementation of the school curriculum, ensuring it aligns with CBC and international standards.
  • Assessment Coordination: Manage the assessment process, including the preparation and administration of exams, and ensure that assessment practices are fair and consistent.
  • Teacher Support: Provide guidance and support to teachers in curriculum planning and classroom management.
  • Academic Reporting: Monitor and report on student performance, providing data-driven insights to improve teaching and learning outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in Curriculum Development or Educational Management is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of teaching experience with a strong background in curriculum management.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with CBC and international curriculums is an asset.

Subject Teachers Required

1. English Teacher
