M.P Shah Hospital seeks a dedicated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent, Learning & Development Officer. Reporting directly to the Human Resources Business Partner, this role is pivotal in driving manpower planning, overseeing the employee onboarding process, and spearheading the development of learning and development policies aligned with our strategic objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manpower Planning: Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assess talent needs in alignment with current and future business requirements. Develop and implement workforce, succession planning, and talent management strategies to support organizational goals. Monitor workforce data to identify staffing risks and opportunities for enhancement.

Recruitment: Ensure effective rollout of HR policies and procedures pertaining to recruitment. Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new staff. Identify and support current and future recruitment plans in line with the Hospital’s strategic direction.

Learning and Development: Provide strategic direction for training and staff capacity development initiatives. Conduct regular and comprehensive training needs assessments for all employees. Coordinate external training programs and design internal training curriculums to address identified needs and strategic objectives. Collaborate with department heads and HR Business Partners to develop an annual staff training calendar.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate staff training, recruitment, and manpower planning within the Hospitality Industry.
  • Certified HR professional and registered member of IHRM.
