Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Craft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract top-tier talent.
- Screen CVs and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate proactively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
HR Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support the onboarding process, including the preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including performance reviews and employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to refine and innovate HR processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Prior experience in talent acquisition or HR roles is highly preferred.
Key Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
