Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and schedules, including barista duties.
- Oversee stock management, inventory control, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the owner/manager to optimize operational procedures.
Staff Management and Supervision
- Supervise and mentor restaurant staff, including chefs, servers, and cleaning personnel.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Train staff on customer service, food safety, and barista skills.
- Address staff issues professionally and ensure adherence to labor regulations.
Customer Service
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and ensure high-quality service standards.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient table turnover.
Financial Management
- Assist in budget management by monitoring sales and expenses.
- Ensure proper cash handling and maintain accurate financial records.
- Support promotional strategies to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management review.
Barista Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including specialty drinks.
- Maintain consistency and quality in beverage preparation.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Quality Control
- Enforce high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Implement measures to reduce food waste and maintain operational efficiency.

- Keep wastage below 2% monthly and optimize stock rotation.
- Barista Excellence
- Serve beverages within 3-5 minutes while ensuring consistency and quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervision.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in food safety practices and relevant software (POS, inventory management).
Preferred Skills:
