Job Summary

ChildFund Kenya is seeking a dedicated Sponsor Relations Intern to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely processing of children and sponsor correspondences, maintaining the highest quality standards in communication, and supporting various administrative tasks essential to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Timely Processing: Participate in the prompt processing of general children and sponsor correspondences.
  2. Mail Management: Ensure high-quality and timely downloading of sponsor mail from the Donor Portal, and proficiently handle electronic children’s mail uploading to the Letter Translation Exchange.
  3. Document Handling: Print donor mail and submit them to Implementing Partners, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document management.
  4. Support Tasks: Perform any other task as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of ChildFund Kenya’s mission.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication in English; fluency in Swahili is required to facilitate effective communication.
