Key Responsibilities

  • Innovative Strategy Development: Spearhead the creation and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies aimed at expanding our user base at Tengeneza na Somo Production space.
  • Client Management: Assist in managing client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing comprehensive product and service information to potential clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, analyze industry trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with our marketing team to craft compelling content for digital and print marketing campaigns. Your creativity will be instrumental in promoting our space, services, and attracting new customers.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives. Your insights will drive optimization efforts and ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
