Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager, you will:

1. Website Management

• Oversee and maintain the company’s website, ensuring a user-friendly interface, consistent updates, and SEO optimization.
• Monitor and improve website traffic, implementing strategies to enhance online visibility.

2. Content Creation

• Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content for multiple digital platforms, including social media and the company’s website.
• Create innovative blog posts, infographics, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.

3. Social Media Strategy

• Design and execute robust social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and web traffic.
• Stay updated on industry trends, adapting strategies to align with emerging digital trends.

4. Performance Analysis

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for digital platforms.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all channels.
• Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing goals with business objectives.

6. Creative Development

• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials.
• Edit videos to create compelling, shareable content that enhances engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Manager, or a similar role in digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in website management and SEO best practices.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
