As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in crafting content that resonates with our followers and builds engagement across our platforms. Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and relevant social media content (e.g., posts, captions, graphics) aligned with the firm’s brand voice and values.
Manage and maintain social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to provide actionable insights on audience engagement and content effectiveness.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, particularly those relevant to the legal industry, and apply best practices to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing and legal teams to ensure that the social media content aligns with the firm’s broader communication and branding strategies.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to craft clear, engaging, and concise social media content.
Creative mindset with an ability to generate new ideas and experiment with innovative social media strategies.
Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and a desire to learn how to track and improve performance metrics.
